From this Friday, April 27, we started a new season of  Sagardi Ibiza, our wonderful terrace facing the sea where since last year we roasted our best txuletas and the best fish in the port of Ibiza.

At SAGARDI Ibiza nothing is missing: our meat maturation cellar to enjoy the authentic Rubia Gallega, the indispensable holm oak carbon grill, our renewed pintxo bar and,  probably, the most spectacular terrace on the island.

We opened the season with our great classics, such as txuleta and the Donostiarra wild fish, and with new delicacies such as Carpier’s exclusive smoked eel, our spectacular prawn carpaccio, the hake kokotxas in green sauce or the Almadraba red tuna with zurrukutuna.

Sagardi Ibiza is a dream come true, a SAGARDI Basque Country chefs in a restaurant facing the sea where you can enjoy the best grilled fish and a selection of the great classics of Basque cuisine on a large outdoor terrace. The Basque steakhouse par excellence on the island is located in Sa Riba square, in the old part of the city and very close to the walls and the Casa Broner Museum.
