SAGARDI Basque Country Chefs returns to the largest foodie festival in London, the Taste of London. The event, which brings together from tomorrow and until next Sunday the best chefs and restaurants in the English capital, celebrates a special pre-Christmas edition.

The mythical SAGARDI grill will be the main protagonist with our Basque txuleton. You can also taste these days in small format classic dishes such as the new Tolosa black beans, piquillo stuffed with oxtail or grilled octopus.
