The bean is a product of great tradition in Euskadi, which has been cultivated in our farms for more than 500 years. These are high-quality beans, which belong to selected varieties and have been cataloged by professional tasters of “very good” or “excellent”. The three most characteristic types are: Bean from Tolosa, Bean “Pinta” from Alava and Bean from Gernika.
