Sagardi Castellana

Located in the Paseo de la Castellana near Plaza Colon, SAGARDI Castellana has two floors: the restaurant on the top floor with semi-private space and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, and the ground floor with a large bar full of pintxos and an open grill area where the mythical Basque “txuletones” are cooked. It is certainly one of Madrid’s greatest gastronomic references in Basque cuisine.
