Donostiarra pinxto bars are one of the characteristic elements of the popular Basque gastronomic culture. The pintxos are small bites that we elaborate with seasonal products, perfect for sharing a good wine with a group of friends, a whole tradition in the Basque Country,  a way of relating and a wonderful way to enjoy life.

Coinciding with the change of menu this spring we have incorporated new pintxos to give color and flavor to our bars. The pintxos are a tribute to the product as our spoon of kokotxas in green sauce and karasatu bread, a delight. Or seasonal products, which we are updating to the rhythm of our garden, such as the impressive spring vegetable tart.

 

From the sea, we also get wonderful products with which we prepare small delicacies such as our anchovy pintxo marinated with cream of coral or the impressive croquettes of prawns and romesco.

We also recover the mythical Basque “talo” to enjoy in small format the seasonal verdel with tomato or cod with candied leek and garlic and potato puree.

We have also taken the opportunity to give a new air to some of our classics such as kabratxo cake, with a new recipe, or the paté de campaña pintxo.

We cannot forget the great protagonists of the Basque bars as the tortilla stained with pepper, the ham muslin with egg yolk and confit garlic or the old beef sirloin with Guernika pepper.
